I will be giving two lectures at Temple Beth Sholom in Framingham, MA on issues relating to How the Bible Became Holy.  In addition to talking on Friday, March 9 I will conduct a study session after morning services on March 10.

I will be giving this lecture as part of the Lichter Lecture series.  I look forward to returning the University of Cincinnati, where I began my career!

We will present the volume, Strength to Strength: Essays in Honor of Shaye J. D. Cohen (Brown Judaic Studies, 2018) to Prof. Cohen at an off-program meeting at the Association for Jewish Studies Annual Meeting.  All are welcome to attend, whether or not registered for the meeting.
